Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

To keep Distortion Rehearsal Rooms running smoothly and to ensure fairness for all customers, all bookings are subject to the following terms:

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session start time may be rescheduled or refunded at no charge. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time will be charged at the full session rate.

Late Arrivals

• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled booking time. • Late arrivals will not receive extended time, and the session will still end at the original scheduled finish time. • Full session charges apply regardless of arrival time.

No-Shows

• No-shows are treated as late cancellations and will be charged at the full session rate.
